Acrylic Products:
All sizes, measurements and specifications are approximate and may be subject to change.
Prices and Payments:
- All goods prices shown are exclusive of VAT.
- All carriage and packing charges are inclusive of VAT
- Minimum order value £25.00 excluding delivery & VAT
- Payment in advance required unless a credit account has been set up.
- We do not accept bank transfers or payment on delivery.
Despatch & Deliveries:
Carriage and packing charges are for UK mainland only, please request charges for any other destination.

We will not be held responsible for delays of orders once they have left our premises, however we can track outstanding orders.
No deliveries will be made on weekends or bank holidays.
Please ensure that the goods are checked before signing the carriers delivery note. It is imperative that if the goods are received damaged the carriers note must be signed “DAMAGED”, if you are unsure if the goods have been damaged at the time of delivery, the carriers note should be signed as unchecked.
Damaged or shortages must be reported to us within 3 working days, failure to do this will invalidate any claims.

- We endeavour to keep as much stock as possible, however it is possible that some items are out of stock or temporarily unavailable. If this is the case you will be notified by e-mail or telephone as soon as possible.
Prices & Payments:
- All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. You will be charged VAT on all orders at the current rate of 17.5%.
- Online payments by credit card are made through a secure server. As security is of prime importance, information entered into our site is encrypted, so that it cannot be read or interfered with by anyone else.
- If you do not have a credit card available, payment can be made by cheque, however this will delay despatch of goods until the cheque has cleared our bank.
- We do not accept bank transfers or payment on delivery.
Despatch & Deliveries:
- All items are packed and checked by a member of our staff prior to despatch.
- Goods may be collected within our normal business hours.
- All orders in excess of £10.00 are sent using registered courier companies on a 2-day delivery service, UK mainland only.
- All orders up to £10.00 will be sent by parcel post, UK mainland only.
- Deliver costs shown are Inc-VAT, based on the Ex-VAT total order value. For order values Ex-VAT in excess of £401.00 please contact us for a delivery cost.

- For any delivery requirements other than UK mainland only, please contact us for a quote.
- We will not be held responsible for delays of orders once they have left our premises. Courier companies can be delayed due to accidents, road works, weather etc, however we can track outstanding orders.

- On receipt of goods please ensure that all items are checked before signing the carriers delivery note. If the goods have been received damaged it is imperative that the carriers delivery note must be signed “damaged”. If you are unable to check the goods at the time of delivery, the carrier’s delivery note should be signed as unchecked.

Unsatisfied Customers:
- We will gladly refund any product that you are unsatisfied with, all we ask is that the product is returned to us within 7 days from receipt of order in its original condition and packaging. Failure to do so may result in a delayed claim and restocking charge of 20%.
- This offer does not include any products that have been specially ordered or manufactured to the customer’s specifications.
Hours of Business:
- Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 4.30pm
- Friday: 8.30am – 12.30pm
- We do not open weekends or Bank holidays and will be closed between Christmas and the New Year.
